Privacy Policy

RealGrip is rental-management and digital-inspection software offered by Nunderdogs Software ("RealGrip", "we"). We process personal data carefully, in accordance with the GDPR. This policy covers the website realgrip.eu (and country variants) and the application at vm.realgrip.eu.

1. Who we are

RealGrip is a product of Nunderdogs Software, the data controller for the website and platform. Contact: beheer@nunderdogs.com. For data our customers (landlords) enter about e.g. their tenants, the customer is the controller and we act as processor.

2. Data we process

Account data (name, e-mail address, phone number, password hash), customer company data, data customers enter in their own administration (buildings, contracts, tenants, invoices, inspection reports), contact-form data (name, e-mail, phone, message) and technical logs (IP address, timestamp) for security.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide the service (performance of contract), for security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest), for legal obligations (e.g. bookkeeping) and — only with your consent — for optional connections such as e-mail and calendar.

4. Google user data (calendar connection)

You can optionally connect your Google Calendar in RealGrip. We request access to your calendar only (scope calendar) to display, create, update and delete appointments in the app — at your request. We use this data for nothing else: no advertising, no profiling, and we never sell it. Access tokens are stored encrypted and deleted as soon as you disconnect; you can also revoke access at any time via your Google account settings. No humans read this data except with your explicit consent (e.g. support), for security investigations, or where required by law.

Limited Use: RealGrip's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Microsoft 365 and e-mail connections

If you connect your Microsoft 365 or e-mail account (IMAP/SMTP), we use that access solely to send and display e-mail on your behalf within RealGrip and to match messages to the right files. Tokens and passwords are stored encrypted and deleted upon disconnection. Connecting is only possible with your own login e-mail address.

6. Sharing with third parties

We never sell personal data. We only share data with sub-processors needed for the service, such as EU hosting, payment providers (Stripe/Mollie), signing services and the e-mail/calendar providers you connect yourself (Microsoft, Google). We have data-processing agreements with sub-processors.

7. Retention and security

We keep data no longer than needed for the service or legal obligations. Connections are encrypted (TLS), sensitive data (tokens, passwords) is stored encrypted, and access is restricted and logged.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. E-mail beheer@nunderdogs.com; we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.

9. Cookies

The website uses functional cookies only (session and language preference). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
